UPDATE.. A fine man at consumertech of ebay has fixed this problem. I will be leaving this post up for future reference and I will soon add a few more details..
Pay Pal Commits Fraud and Theft on my Bank Account and WordPress Is Involved with Pay Pal.
I Daniel J Towsey am posting this here because WordPress uses Pay Pal as a bank clearing house even when customers pay directly with their bank debit cards and Pay Pal is blocking my bank debit card. Please realize that this is NOT a credit card. It is an instant cash payment card.
If at the end of this month you see my TheVisionaryFolkPhotographer.com site get all messed up. This will be because I am being blocked from paying the renewal fee for the extra 10 gigs of space. Then also the payment for the domain name that removes ‘WordPress’ from the url will no longer be automatically renewed.
The Internet Defense Logo above is issued by WordPress for any bloggers who choose to add the widget to their blogs.
So if WordPress is genuinely concerned about defending bloggers and the free Internet.
WordPress after reviewing this post below, should reconsider their association with Pay Pal.
(Screen captures photos are consecutively numbered (1) and found at bottom of this post.)
Not being to make any more WordPress store purchases or able to pay for my fees for renewals on previous purchases is going to cause a serious problem for me on this blog and my many other WordPress blogs as I can not pay for or renew my space and domain title fees for http://TheVisionaryFolkPhtographer.com or any other purchases on my other WordPress blogs. such as http://TheNibiruSunset.wordpress.com http://ATruthSoldier.wordpress.com
I have been blogging on WordPress for seven years.
In a few days some fees come due and below you will read about the fraud and theft committed by Pay Pal and how WordPress is involved with Pay Pal that is not permitting me to pay for my fees through my (Visa) personal debit bank card.
Pay Pal recently started repeatedly taking money out of my personal bank account every several days for identical unauthorized direct withdrawals from my personal bank account.
These withdrawals show up on my Bank account statement (2) as ‘ Electronic Funds Transfer PREAUTHORIZED DEBIT PAYPAL PTE LTD’
Take notice that Pay Pal does not include any transaction numbers for their transactions. This should be illegal.
On the Pay Pal statement (03) it indicates payments to “Ivica Stanic”
The Pay Pal site does not provide any transaction numbers, nor does Pay Pal provide any means for Pay Pal users to know who the Payments are being made to. such as providing a hot link to the payee web site. Nor does Pay Pal provide any detailed invoice of any kind.
I had no way of being able to identify who this “Ivica Stanic” (1) (3) (4) payee is.
Nor does Pay Pal provide any means for Pay Pal users to be able to alert Pay Pal to Stop unauthorized access to their personal bank accounts.
On my personal Bank account statement (2), it says they are preauthorize automatic Pay Pal withdrawals.
There was no such purchases made by me.
When I asked Pay Pal to provide me with information as to who, where, when and what this “Ivica Stanic” online purchase was .
Pay Pal on the telephone would tell me nothing. I spent six hours online and on the telephone with Pay Pal trying to get answers and to resolve these problems.
I asked Pay Pal to stop taking money out of my personal bank account for the same amount of the same unknown unauthorized purchases.
Pay Pall refused to stop stealing money from my bank account by repeatedly directly accessing my bank account for purchases I never did.
Pay Pal deliberately committed fraud by taking money out of my bank account for purchases I never made or authorized.
When I logged into my Pay Pal account I did screen captures that prove the theft of money from my bank account.
You will notice that in (1) screen captures, there are only four lines. and two are Reversed Payment to “Ivica Stanic”, then 30 minutes later when I went back to my Pay Pal account (3) it now had six lines.
The two new ones were the withdrawals on my bank account. This is very suspicious.
Why was the second screen capture (3) 30 minutes later of the Pay Pal statement different after I had phoned Pay Pal.?
Please understand that the huge corporate computers are instant and real time. It took no time or effort for someone at Pay Pal to change the information on their Pay Pal site pertaining to my Pay Pal account.
These two different screen captures shows that Pay Pal was faking information on my Pay Pal account. This was no computer error or glitch.
There is no record indicated of Pay Pal making withdrawals on my bank account with the name “Ivica Stanic”
After this I also did screen captures from my personal bank account that shows Pay Pal repeatedly taking $11.40 out of my bank account for the “Ivica Stanic” purchases that I never made. On Pay Pal the $9.99 is US dollars so that converted to $11.40 Canadian dollars on my bank statement.
Then Pay Pal did withdrawals and reimbursements on my personal bank account according to their own account statements on my Pay Pal account. (1) (3) (4)
So the screen captures of my Pay Pal account show Pay Pal repeated taking the same unauthorized money from my personal bank account and then their Pay Pay account statement would show that they then reversed the charges to my personal bank account.
The screen captures from my personal bank account shows Pa Pal had not refunded any money to my personal bank account.
So when I was finally able to speak to real human on Pay Pal for the case of fraud on my Pay Pal account.
They could not explain anything. I told that they have no idea who this Stanic is and they could not explain to me why was it that the Pay Pal statement said they reversed the fees. Obviously their reversing the fees proved that the charge was fraudulent Then they tell me that another pre-authorized withdrawal was in the process of going through my bank account.
At this point I ordered Pay Pal to close my account. Which the screen capture (5) shows on March 12 2014.
So a few days later I went to the WordPress online blog store to make purchase only to discover that for no explanation WordPress could not process my Visa Debit Card purchase. I then discovered that WordPress use the Pay Pal Bank clearing house to process purchases and that Pay Pal was blocking my Debit Card.
Just now I tried again to make a purchase on WordPress (7) and still Pay Pal is blocking my card.
Ever since I opened my end NEW Pay Pal account I have not been permitted to use my debit card on the Pay Pal system. Pay Pal is blocking my card from being used in their system as screen capture (06) shows.
Do note that never has there been any non payments at anytime with my debit card.
I am the one that requested that my first Pay Pal account be closed and then I am the one that requested that my second account re activate my card.
Pay Pal has no possible reason to block my card and my Personal Bank has confirmed that there is no block of any kind on my personal bank account or my debit card.
I have been in repeated contact with Pay Pal by emails about this problem since I first tried to activate my Debit Card. (8) This screen capture shows that Pay Pal is an EBay Company.
The screen capture (06) clearly states that it is Pay Pal blocking my debit card from being used in their system.
I sent the screen captures below to Pay Pal so they know exactly what is going on. PayPal by email says it is my personal bank not accepting my card. Which I have proven to PayPal with the screen captures that it is Pay Pal blocking my card. By the way my debit card is working fine anywhere else on the internet.
So this is just more fraudulent activity by Pay Pal.
Pay Pal is only blocking my purchases on Word Press.
The evidence I have posted here prove beyond any question that Pay Pal is committing financial fraud on me.
